333 lifetime licenses. Then never again.
One payment. Every release we ever ship. AGNT runs on your machine, so a lifetime license is a promise we can actually keep — there is no per-seat cloud bill quietly accruing behind it.
— claimed so far.
One time. No renewal. No seat count.
Signed in as —. Your license is permanent and covers every future release.
Genesis is closed for good. AGNT is still free to download and run locally — see current plans.
Everything, permanently
Genesis is not a discount on a subscription. It is the subscription, removed.
- Every future release. Not a version window — every release for as long as AGNT exists.
- Unlimited local execution. Agents, workflows, goals and tools run on your hardware with no metering.
- Bring your own model keys. You pay providers directly at cost. We never mark up tokens.
- Founding-member badge on anything you publish to the marketplace.
- Direct line to the team — a private channel that shapes what gets built next.
- Transferable once. A license is yours; you may reassign it a single time.
Funding the local-first bet
You fund the runway
333 licenses buys the independence to keep AGNT local-first instead of chasing the recurring-revenue design every investor asks for.
Why it is capped
A lifetime license only works if the support burden stays bounded. 333 is a number we can honour for a decade without breaking the promise.
Why we can keep it
Your agents run on your machine, not our servers. There is no growing infrastructure cost per user that eventually forces us to renege.
Before you claim one
What does "lifetime" actually mean?
The lifetime of the product, not a calendar term. As long as we ship AGNT, your license covers it. If we ever stop, the last build stays yours and keeps running — it is local software, not a service that can be switched off.
Do I still pay for AI models?
Yes, and you pay the provider directly. AGNT never resells tokens or adds a margin. A Genesis license removes our fee, not OpenAI's or Anthropic's.
Is this per person or per machine?
Per person. Install on every machine you personally use.
What happens when all 333 are gone?
The offer closes permanently. We will not run a second Genesis under a different name — that is the entire point of the cap.
Can I get a refund?
14 days, no questions. After that the license is permanent and non-refundable.
