1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AGNT ("Software", "Service", provided by AGNT Inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
2. Software License & Local Execution
AGNT Community Core is licensed under the AGNT Community License. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the Software locally on your hardware for personal or commercial purposes.
3. Autonomous Tool Execution & User Responsibility
AGNT includes capabilities to interact with local filesystems, execute shell commands, call external APIs, and run automated workflows. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for configuring tool execution permissions and reviewing approval modals presented by the Software.
- AGNT Inc. is not liable for actions taken by autonomous agent tools executed under your configuration or approval.
- You will not use AGNT to conduct illegal activity, unauthorized network scanning, data exfiltration, or malicious system disruption.
4. Ownership of Content & Artifacts
You retain 100% ownership of all prompts, code, files, workflows, generated outputs, and execution receipts created using AGNT. AGNT Inc. claims zero ownership or IP rights over your local outputs.
5. Paid Subscriptions & Billing
Business Cloud subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGNT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
